provided updates on the state of affairs in Washington, DC as they relate to the EB-5 program. Bill and his fellow panelists provided insight into the possibility of a long-term re-authorization, discussed policy issues (and possible solutions) and provided an analysis of EB-5 related legislation in relation to the larger context of US immigration policy. The panelists also discuss the proposed EB-5 regulatory changes published in the Federal Register this year, which may become effective in 2018.
