Bill Gresser, President of EB-5 New York State, LLC and Vice President of IIUA participated on the two-part panel “Monitoring, Compliance and Preparing for Success Through I-829” during the 2017 EB-5 Investors Magazine conference.

The panelists discussed common reasons for, and strategies to avoid, RFEs at the I-829 stage. As the panelists discussed, the key to avoiding RFEs is to prepare for the I-829 petition from the onset of project contemplation. Bill and his fellow panelists emphasized Regional Center compliance in their discussion of the interdependent variables that contribute to I-829 success.
