EB-5 New York State, LLC is proud to announce it has been nominated for IIUSA’s esteemed I-829 Award for 2025.
An Investor’s I-829 petition approval is the final and most important step in the EB-5 process and grants the Investor, his/her spouse and children an unconditional US green card. EB-5 New York State is very proud of the many investors’ I-829 petition approvals in our EB-5 projects.
