What is the role of EB-5 New York State?

In 2009 the U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services designated EB-5 New York State as a Regional Center. As such, EB-5 New York State facilitates the investment of EB-5 capital into job creating commercial enterprises in New York State. A Foreign Investor applying under the EB-5 Regional Center Program makes his or her investment into one of those job creating commercial enterprises.
