William Gresser, JD, MBA – President & CEO
Mr. Gresser is the President and founder of EB-5 New York State, LLC. Since the Company’s founding in 2007, Mr. Gresser has managed the successful completion of numerous EB-5 investment projects and helped EB-5 investors and their families achieve their immigration and investment objectives.
Mr. Gresser is a leader in the EB-5 industry. He is the President and a member of the Board of Directors of Invest In the USA (IIUSA®), the largest trade association of Regional Centers, attorneys and others in the EB-5 industry. He is also active in the industry’s government affairs activities in pursuit of industry reform and reauthorization.
Mr. Gresser is a regular speaker on advanced EB-5 related topics and is sought out by Regional Centers and developers throughout the U.S.
Prior to founding the Company, Mr. Gresser was an attorney and a successful business executive.
Mr. Gresser obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center and a Masters in Business Administration from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, all with honors.
Mollie McCabe, JD – Vice President
Ms. McCabe works with investors and their attorneys to facilitate the investor’s immigration/visa process from investing in EB-5 New York State Regional Center projects, to filing the I-526 petition through the I-829 petition. Ms. McCabe is a native English speaker, and is conversant in Korean, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Ms. McCabe earned a Bachelors and Masters degrees in linguistics from the University at Buffalo as well as a law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School. Ms. McCabe is admitted to the New York State Bar.
Sunny Sun – Director, China Operations
Sunny (Weiwei) Sun is a licensed lawyer in New York State and in China. Ms. Sun is a Chinese native who speaks Mandarin Chinese and English. Ms. Sun earned a Masters of Law degree from Indiana University in the U.S. and a Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Law and Politics in Shanghai, China. Ms. Sun practiced law in China and immigration law in the U.S. For the past 10 years, Ms. Sun has been working with EB-5 investors, Regional Centers, and immigration attorneys, focusing on Chinese clients and the Chinese EB-5 market.
Ann O’Connor – Vice President of Latin American Operations
A native of Western New York, Ms. O’Connor is a licensed attorney, speaks Spanish and is conversant in French. Ms. O’Connor studied and traveled extensively in Later America and maintains deep ties to the region. Prior to working with EB-5 New York State, Ms. O’Connor’s law practice focused on representing students and college counseling. Ms. O’Connor has provided education and college guidance to several EB-5 investors and their families. Ms. O’Connor has a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelor of arts from Georgetown University of Foreign Service.
Kushal Bhanushali – Sales and Marketing Associate
Kushal Bhanushali was born and raised in Mumbai, India, and relocated to the US as a student. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in marketing and entrepreneurship from the University at Buffalo. In addition to his studies and externships, Kushal founded and grew his own online coaching and personal development business. Kushal speaks English, Hindi, Gujuarati, Kuttchi and is conversant in Marathi.
As a note, although several of EB-5 New York State’s officers are past or current licensed attorneys, EB-5 New York State does not represent EB-5 investors and requires that all EB-5 investors have their own counsel to represent themselves and their family.
